NG Annual Seed Swap

Saturday, March 13, 2010, CALLING ALL GARDENERS! THE 2ND ANNUAL NARBERTH
GREENS SEED SWAP is happening this Sat. Mar. 13 from 9:30 to 11:00 am at the home of Dawn and Bob
Weisbord. Their address is 301 Windsor Ave, on the corner diagonally across from the post office. The entrance
is in the rear, up the wooden stairs. Everyone is invited, and new gardeners are especially welcome

Feel free to bring seeds you've saved from your garden, as well as
seed packs from previous seasons. They will usually germinate, just at
a lower rate.  Bring little containers or envelopes, and something to
mark them. We'll have extra small containers to share.

The seed swap is an effort to share  hearty local varieties that have
been grown and tested in this region in particular.  It's also an
opportunity to continue sharing with each other knowledge about what
we are learning in our gardens. We'll also talk about the Narberth
Greens Vegetable and Flower Exchange which will be starting in May.

Please bring seeds or seedlings only.  For more information, please call me at (484) 995-3619.
Happy Spring!
